Advanced Indoor Resources has served over 165 commercial clients across 600 locations, had YOY revenue growth of 20%, and now has 34 employees. The proud Baltimore company has grown at an exceptional rate over its first three years.
AIR’s 2023 expansion prompted these new appointments. Karen White will be both Vice President and Director of Operations. In her new roles, she will oversee the day-to-day operations of Advanced Indoor Resources – ensuring seamless execution of projects and further enhancing customer satisfaction.

Tammy Dashiell joins the team as Chief Financial Officer. With over 15 years of experience in financial management, Tammy brings a wealth of expertise in strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. Her proven track record in optimizing financial performance and implementing effective risk management strategies will greatly contribute to Advanced Indoor Resources' continued success and expansion.

Calvin Banks joins as Manager of the HVAC Division. Experienced in HVAC operations and management, Calvin brings a wealth of knowledge in overseeing complex projects and driving operational efficiency.
