Baltimore's Advanced Indoor Resources continues to enhance its leadership team with two new appointments

Advanced Indoor Resources is excited to announce two appointments to its company’s growing leadership team. After years of leading in the Building Automation Controls (BAC) space, Travis Badore will serve as the new manager of Advanced Indoor Resources’ BAC Division. Advanced Indoor Resources also promoted Lou Longest to Director of Product Development for the VisionAIRTM platform.

"We are incredibly excited to attract such exceptional talent to our team. Travis' expertise and Lou's innovative vision perfectly align with our goal of driving the industry to new heights. With technologies like VisionAIRTM, we're not just making buildings smarter and more efficient; we're saving millions for our clients and strengthening our position in the marketplace," said Advanced Indoor Resources President, Martin Knott.

Badore, now the new Manager for the Building Automation Controls Division, brings 15 years of experience in the field – which includes a significant tenure with Baltimore’s Honeywell Branch and their representatives. His distinguished background includes a decade working in HVAC, transitioning seamlessly into building automation as a Controls Technician, and achieving Tridium certification. Badore’s expertise is invaluable to the Advanced Indoor Resources team as it continues to grow this critical BAC division.

"I am thrilled to join Advanced Indoor Resources,” Badore remarked on his new role. “It's an opportunity to apply my skills in a dynamic environment, contributing to technologies that are reshaping the future of building automation."

This strategic hire coincides with the well-deserved promotion of Longest to Director of Product Development for the VisionAIRTM Platform, which is Advanced Indoor Resources’ revolutionary indoor air monitoring and automation technology.

Longest will now focus exclusively on VisionAIRTM, spearheading future developments such as predictive maintenance, predictive failure, and real-time efficiency reporting and controls, utilizing and advancing the VisionAIRTM Performance system currently in beta testing.

Longest, proud to take on this new role, stated, "As I take on this new challenge, I am excited to drive the controls industry forward with smarter building technologies. Our focus on indoor air quality and energy efficiency with VisionAIRTM Platinum is just the beginning."

VisionAIRTM Platinum, Advanced Indoor Resources’ innovative, flagship product is leading the charge in indoor air quality solutions and is ambitiously expanding into predictive maintenance, predictive failure, and real-time energy efficiency monitoring. This focus extends beyond HVAC systems to include plumbing and lighting, underscoring its commitment to energy efficiency and water conservation.

As the building automation world embraces Artificial Intelligence and data-driven technologies, Advanced Indoor Resources is both a leader and an innovator.

The Internet of Things (IOT) is revolutionizing building automation, and VisionAIRTM Platinum is at the forefront – serving as the backbone for advanced building technologies. Committed to this evolution, Advanced Indoor Resources positions itself as a leader in the industry, constantly innovating and shaping the future of smart building solutions.
